Patricia Field for Payless

Darlings, the very first guest judge Project Runway ever had (and the stylist from Sex and the City that launched a million fabric flowers), Pat Field, recently unveiled her shoe collection for Payless.

"Payless ShoeSource and Patricia Field today announced the launch of an exclusive capsule collection designed by Field, renown for her work as stylist on the Sex & the City® TV series and an Oscar® nominee for her costume designs for "The Devil Wears Prada." The collection is available beginning this week in select stores and Payless.com for $25 to $35 an item. The Patricia Field for Payless™ Summer Collection is Patricia’s second capsule collection for the retailer."

"For my second collection for Payless I was inspired to continue the strong metallic theme, layering on bright colors including electric blue, sleek silver and sunny gold with sparkle and high-shine detailing," said Field. "I love what Payless is doing to make fashion democratic, and I am excited to be a part of that movement. I draw much inspiration from my global travels to major fashion capitals including Tokyo and Sao Paulo, among the standards. On the global front, color and pop-glamour are key -- I am excited to bring shoppers these global interpretations in my Payless summer collection."

Umm...these are hideous. And chip in a chip way. And....that's about all we can say about that.
Sorry, Pat.

In related SATC news, T Lo finally saw the movie and if you head on over to the T Lo blog, you can find out what we thought of it.
