On second thought, even Ann Margrock would turn this dress down. We can't yawn hard enough at glittery dresses that cost more than a car attempting a faux ripped and shredded look. We say OUT.

As an aside, we finally saw The September Issue a while back and we can't get over how fashion editors fawn over this (to our eyes) totally average starlet. We don't get it.
