President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle Obama attend the Chicago 2016 presentation at the Bella Centre in Copenhagen, Denmark in Michael Kors.
This is not good, kittens. Not good at all. We don't know where to start. For one, you don't pair a cardigan with a cocktail dress. You just don't. What does she have against jackets? For another, why is she wearing a cocktail dress at all? And such a look-at-me dress? This was a day event and she was making a presentation. She was a successful businesswoman for years before she became First Lady. She should know quite well how to dress appropriately for a presentation like this. It just comes off a little obnoxious to us. And besides, we don't like the dress at all. It's not flattering. Wearing a dress that simultaneously draws attention to yourself while at the same time failing to flatter you is about as wrong a choice as it gets when it comes to fashion.
But as painful as this frock was, it was nothing compared to the next one.

Oh honey, NO! We'll start by saying nice things first. The color looks great on her. We will always be appreciative of the fact the she's a first lady who will go out on a limb and wear something like Rodarte. This concludes the "nice" portion of our program.
We'll be blunt, kittens (you wouldn't have it any other way, would you?): this has got "Peggy Sue Got Married" written all over it. That SKIRT. It PAINS us.
Her hair looks great, though.
