Romance Was Born Spring 2009 CollectionRomance Was Born is an Australian label and Cate's apparently a big fan, since she specifically asked for the dress, part of their Doilies and Pearls, Oysters and Shells collection.
We're all for a little whimsy in fashion and we do love when red carpet-dwellers take risks (see: Barrymore, Drew), but poodles, we can NOT get behind this one. We can practically smell the Jean Nate and cat hair from here.
