Congrats, Miss Jerell!

You knocked out another win before heading off to church in your Sunday finest!

Remember how weak Jerell was at the start of the competition? Remember that ASS of an Olympics outfit that was so bad, we couldn't even come up with anything to say about it?

Well, Miss Jerell just gets stronger and stronger as the competition goes on. Plus, he has that rare ability to talk smack about all his competitors and still seem charming instead of bitchy.

And he works really well with clients. We didn't start off Jerell fans but we are now.

Especially since he turned that shit out last night. It helped that everyone else (well, almost everyone else) turned out some assery, but his would have stood out even if everyone else's was beautiful.

Love that blouse. LOVE IT.

Miss Jerell loves her frippery and most of the time, she overdoes it, but this is just right. A little self-editing goes a long way.

And the skirt is divine. Perfect proportions.

Very much on trend while also the right choice for the client's body type.

We weren't entirely sure about the cardigan...

...until we saw it on her. It fits her body and her style to a T and it totally flatters her.

By the way, they did a fantastic job on her hair.

Just a smart-looking, stylish outfit that doesn't go too far over the top.

Oh, and the reason we're relying so much on workroom pics instead of runway pics...

...is because that frigging Runway of Doom is so dark, you can barely see the outfit.

Not that we have complaints about Jerell's color choices. He does tend toward the darks but he's also pulled out some sophisticated color combinations and this is no different.

Clearly, this wasn't a girl who'd have been happy with a Blayne-esqu neon pink outfit and it seemed to us that the subdued colors fit her personality very well.

And how sweet when she said that Jerell made her feel pretty and he immediately countered with "Girl, you ARE pretty." Tim said that he made that hat for her and she (wisely) chose not to wear it, but we think he knew that already and was just looking for an excuse to dress like the Queen Mother again.
