Our Day at Bryant Park, By Tom & Lorenzo, Age 42

First off, a big airkiss to all of you for SHATTERING the previous record of daily hits for this blog. MWAH! Loveya!

Now.

We could write a long, rambling post about what it was like to be in the tents, but if you followed our twittering yesterday, you already know, so let's look at some pics, shall we? Besides, our thumbs STILL hurt.

First on our list, the most powerful woman in the tent:

Sarah, the gal who finds your seat for you. Big props to Bravo, because the event was perfectly organized and as far as we could tell, there was no problem finding the correct seat for each of the thousand people swarming through the tent. Thank you, Sarah!

There was some discussion at the Bennett-Sheltons regarding which dress Laura should wear, this gorgeous Alexander McQueen or an equally gorgeous black cocktail dress by Laura herself. Of course we love everything Laura makes, but we really felt that this dress was going to photograph well. Besides, with the trench and the Birkin bag, it made for a perfect look.

Professional Starfucker Andy Cohen, who gave us both big hugs and wagged his finger at us for not blogging enough Top Design and Tabatha's Makeover. We're getting to them, Andy!

Keith, of course. Very polite to everyone who came his way.

Keith brought a friend, who modeled one of his creations.

Andy interviewing Wesley and Daniel for bravotv.com.

Miss Terri, who was also surprisingly sweet.

She was very patient as Tom fiddled with the camera and even asked "Was that good? Did you get enough pictures?"

Andy with Ronnie from Make Me a Supermodel.

Blayne was being pulled in every direction, but we managed one quick pic. Tom never looked so pale in his life.

Kelli whispered to Jennifer as we were taking this picture "You know who they are, right?"

Fear us, designers. Fear us.

Laura with Mark Hunter and his boyfriend Gregg Passin, who is chair of the board of the NY LGBT Community Center, and won the auction for tickets to the show. We encountered them first outside the tent when Gregg came up to us and said "Love the blog!" Thanks, Gregg!

Every gay man in the tent did the Gay Gasp whenever she walked by. It was like walking in with Cher.

Wesley

We told Carmen that she looked fantastic in the last episode and she responded by giving us a twirl and asking "What about now?"

Senorita Ricky

Just to give you an idea how insane the crowd was.

See?

Kara Janx with Jay McCarroll

Colonel Mustard.

David and Nick.

Sweet P and Elisa.

Jillian, who promised to let us know where people can buy her stuff.

Michael, Nina, Fern, Harvey Weinstein, Rachel Zoe, Christian, and Padma in the front row.

Heidi looked spectacular and to our surprise, started off by giving a speech acknowledging the show's move to Lifetime and thanking Bravo and the Magical Elves for supporting the show.

After the runway shows ended, pandemonium ensued as everybody rushed on to the runway for pictures and interviews.

"Get that fucking thing out of my face!"

(No, she didn't really say that.)
