It's been a while since we've checked in with her.

First Lady Michelle Obama at President Barack Obama's speech on healthcare to a joint session of Congress.

We were getting emails as the speech was still going on asking us if we'd seen this outfit and proclaiming how great she looked.


Um...


We don't think she looks great. In fact, we think this outfit borders on hideous.




The proportions are all kinds of weird on her. There are so many extraneous pleats and gewgaws to this thing. We'll keep saying it: the sleeker the look, the better she looks. That big prim bow at her neck doesn't help either, nor does the color. Rich, saturated tones, Shelley. How many times are we going to have to tell you this?

Sorry to those who said they loved it but we just can't agree. It looks VERY old lady to us.
