Stylista, the CW’s newest reality television show, which airs October 29, follows 11 aspiring ELLE employees as they vie for a spot at the coveted glossy. From humbling assistant challenges (who hasn’t had to fetch coffee on her rise to the top?) to social-climbing endeavors and even a few fashion disasters, this series will have even the most style-challenged viewers on the edges of their seats.
